Rehear session of the conviction of Messrs. Amir Eslami and Farshid Yadollahi was convened in branch No. 1 of Bandar Abas’ court of appeal.

Majzooban Noor website’s reporter: In this rehear session which was convened in absence of Messrs. Amir Eslami and Farshid Yadollahi, their sentence of 6 month imprisonment charging with the publication of canard and making the public opinion uneasy, was reviewed with presence of the lawyers namely Faribors Yadollahi, Hasan Azhdari, and Davood Montazeri. This session with presence of these lawyers’ defense came to an end.

Regarding this matter, on Esfand 22, 1389 (March 12, 2011), 388 lawyers in a letter to Ayatollah Sadegh Larijani had convicted the condemnation of Dervishes’ lawyers to the imprisonment and vitiating the attorney license of two ones. They declaring their worriment about this situation had asked for resolving obstacles of free and honest defense from the rights of Iranian citizens, avoiding elimination of honorable lawyers, abstaining from political orientation, and legal and rightful hearing of the lawyer’s counts.
