According to Majzooban Noor reporter, while Prison authorities had decided to send Messrs Afshin Karampour and Reza Entesari two Gonabadi dervishes to the prison hospital, with handcuffs , they avoided to use handcuff and also refused to go to the hospital. It is remarkable that based on Clause 1 of Article 235 of the Executive Regulations of Prisons in our law, the use of handcuffs on the accused convicted and sent to the judiciary, medical centers, educational and training is not allowed.
According to this report , Reza Entesari who arrested on Shahrivar 13 ( Sep 04 ) this year ,during the intelligence officers’s attack to the Majzooban Noor website office , his hand was injured and the injury was so severe that they were forced to send him to the Ghamar Banihashem hospital where surgery was done then .
But his injured hand is required reoperation for a full treatment and still he suffers from this area.
And also Afshin Krampour , Gonabadi Derishes’s lawyer , who was held in section 350 of Evin prison , his left ankle is broken and decision was sent him to Taleghani hospital but becouse of refusing to use handcuffs by him , it was canceled.
This Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyer , during Kavar’s event when he had meeting with the governor in Kavar was arrested there by security forces and transferred to Evin prison .
