Messrs. Reza Ghavami, Hossein Faraji, Nemat Heydari and AbdolReza Daemi were sentenced to six months of suspended prison for 2 years.

According to Majzooban reporter , these  four Gonabadi dervishes, who are living in Poldokhtar city of Lorestan province have charged with “propaganda against regime” by Revolutionary Court of Poldokhtar city due to participate in dervishes’s worship assemblies .
It should be noted, they had been arrested  by security forces and plainclothes last year.

Non-independent judiciary and contradictory sentences

It is remarkable that , at the same time, seven Gonabadi dervishes  in Alashtar city of Lorestan province, Messrs.Parviz Malekshahi, Mohsen Malekshahi, Iraj Malekshahi, Hamid Reza Naderi, Mohammad Malekshahi, Hamzeh Malekshahi and Ehsan Mirzapour who had been  charged with “propaganda  against the regime due to Participate in the Nematollahi Gonabadi Dervishes’s worship assemblies” , were acquitted.
Although the case of those four Gonabadi dervishes were investigated after passage a short time of dervishes’s cases in Poldokhtar, but despite the same charges and  reasons , different sentences have been issued.
Insufficiency and non-independence of judiciary and influence and pressure of Intelligence and Securitye policy on the courts not only caused the wastage of Gonabadi Dervishes’s rights in the courts but also has endamaged to the independence and reputation of the Courts .
