The trial of 189 Gonabadi dervishes has been started to hold at Branch 104 of the General Criminal Court in Boroujerd from 14th Ordibehest 1391 ( May 03 2012 ).

According to Majzooban reporter, in the first court day, cases of ten Gonabadi dervishes who were charged with “Disturbance of public order” and “Participate in conflict” were reviewed and due to the absence of private plaintiffs the case was postponed to Saturday on 23th Ordibehesht 1391 ( May 12 , 2012 ).

The names of these ten Gonabadi dervishes are as follows :

Mohammad Hasan Jannat, Colonel Goudarzi, Mostafa Salimi, Gholam Reza Khojasteh, Habib Piryaee, Saeed Goudarzi, Mohammad Reza Rezaeefard, AbdolAli Houshmandi, Mohsen Jahazi, Fathollah Haghnia.

Trial of 189 Gonabadi dervishes are held from 14 to 24 Ordibehesht ( 3rd to 13th May ) while subpoenas has not been sent for a number of dervishes yet.

It seems subpoenas will be sent to them gradually .

According to Dervishes’s lawyers, with regard to court working hours, about 18 to 20 darvishes will be tried daily.

It is important to mention that, a total of 22 lawyers were representing to undertake the cases of these 189 dervishes and the five of them,Messrs.Dr.GholamReza Harsini, Ehsanollah Heydari, Saeed Gholamian and Mrs.Maryam Moshfegh, are “Dervish lawyers”.

It should be noted that, the trial judge only allowed two attorneys to defend the Gonabadi dervishes and did not allow other lawyers.

The reason was “Large number of lawyers in the case”, “Disturbing the court” and “Delay in the hearing process”, our reporter said.

The result of this decision is that, finally, these 189 Gonabadi dervishes will have only two lawyers to defend them in court, Mr.GholamReza Harsini and Mrs Maryam Moshfegh!

It is notable that, Boroujerd Hosseiniyeh ( Worship place), after hours of fighting between religious extremism forces and the Gonabadi dervishes who had been trapped in the Hosseiniyeh, was completely destroyed by “State bulldozesr”.

Reports indicate that, this event has been already planned.

These religious extremism people a long time before the accident, had been prepared a “Volute” With the aim of attacking the Gonabadi dervishes, which Were spread across the city at Friday Prayers .

It was stated that:” Every one who wants to go to heaven easily without any questions, should signe this volute”!

They were Supported by plain clothes and secority forces and also Revolutionary Guards, then they made students go out of ” Masjid onnabi” and sent them to destroy this holy place.

Although the activities of Dervishes, is unimpeded in “constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran”, unfortunately their normal activity is known as a crime by the regime and they do’nt have the security of human and financial.
