The managers and staffs of Majzooban Noor website and Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyers, who have been confined in Evin prison for more than eight months, did not participate in their court trial on 26 Ordibehesht 1391 (15 May 2012).
According to Majzooban reporter, this morning the trial of seven Nematollahi Gonabadi dervishes had set in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court by Judge Salavati but the dervishes refused to participate in this court hearing.
Messrs. Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Amir Eslami ,Mostafa Daneshjou, Farshid Yadollahi, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi, and Reza Entesari were not participating in the trial, because, they have no information about ” Charges attachments’s case “, “The Legal indictment” and also, absence of two of the defendants who are hospitalized due to their illness (Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani and Mostafa Daneshjou).
They believe that all the defendants should be present in court to defend the case otherwise they would consider this ruling against justice and fairness.
Our reporter added that, Dervishes’s families to follow up jailed dervishes’s status gathered in front of the court in this morning on 26 Ordibehesht 1391.
It is reminded that their accusations are as follows :
*Insulting the Supreme Leader
*Disturbing The minds of the public
*Assembly and collusion against national security
*Spread false and lies
*Deviant group membership
Regarding this matter , Mr. Hamid Reza Moradi , one of the Majzooban Noor’s administrator , in addition of these false and baseless allegations , has also been accused of destroying public property !
It should be noted that, Messrs. Amir Eslami , Farshid Yadollahi , Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi , and Reza Entesari are lawyers and administrator of Majzooban Noor Website ( Nematollahi Gonabadi Order News Site ) who arrested during Kavar events on Shahrivar of last year and about Mr.Mostafa Daneshjou; although he was held in Sari Prison that time but after the end of his sentence was transferred to Evin Prison on Aban of last year on the same charges and he is held in prison more than one year.
