Amir Eslami is one of the Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyer and a member of Majzooban Noor website who has been arrested since Shahrivar 10 , 1390 ( Sept 01 2011 ) in Kavar county and also had a history of heart problem before imprisonment but in prison due to the lake of medical care and nursing management, his illness got worst.

Once, he has been taken to hospital due to heart attack on Wednesday Farvardin 30 1391 (April 18 2012 ).

One of the main reason for his attack was pressure and torture of beings in solitary confinement in last year .

Also, Gonabadi Dervish, Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, one of the Majzooban Noor administators, who has been confined in Evin prison for more than nine months was taken to “Modarres hospital” in Tehran and hospitalized there during the last month .

Due to his critical physical condition, after his hospitalization, was immediately undergoing cardiac angiography .

It should be noted that, he has heart disease and also kidney stones which he has been suffering from kidney pain from long time ago and despite the prison clinic doctor’s prescription, prison officials did not cooperate in sending him to hospital and he was just injected by tranquilizer every night and it is important to say that, his heart illness with conformation of prison doctor needed to be checked and any pressure and pain tolerance was harmful for him .

According to the report, Gonabadi Dervish, Hamid Reza Moradi, finally was hospitalized but under tight security and with the handcuffed and anklet …

Our reporter mentioned that, some weeks ago, Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyers and another webmaster of Majzooban Noor website, Mostafa Daneshjou , has been taken to Shohada hospital, because of a severe asthma attacks and respiratory problems, and he is still hospitalized there to treat .

He also had been suffering from kidney infection which is a common illness in Evin prison due to inadequate and unsafe water that is used for prisoners.

Mostafa Daneshjou, who has been in detention in ward 350 of Evin prison, hospitalized due to a severe attack of Asthma and respiratory problems too.

He also had renal bleeding during the past weeks.

Mrs.Maryam Shirini, Amir Eslami’s wife, who used to come from Khorram Abad to Tehran to visit her husband every week, for just over twenty minutes behind the glass, many times has asked the authorities to take time off and in-person meeting with him, but with the lack of judicial attention to her request, it has been so far inconclusive !

After 9 months of detention and arrest of her husband, she said to Majzooban reporter :

“Unfortunately, no one is accountable…

The law is not written for just the watch…

When they illegally arrested and illegally kept…

Legal right to visit the family of prisoners will be denied illegally too…

And in these days, it’s not uncommon…

She also Said that, he has been arrested on  these such baseless and false Indictments :

*Insulting the Supreme Leader

*Disturbing The minds of the public

*Assembly and collusion against national security

*Spread false and lies

*Deviant group membership”

Mrs.Eslami with sorrow and sadness said to our correspondent :”The first day of new year ‘ Nourooz” I was just hoping and waiting to allow Amir to have one phone call, but unfortunately they did not and it was really hard for me…But despite all these problems, Amir is in good spirits and is standing firm and strong and he does not express his sadness because he wont us more nostalgic and sad.

We have no choice but patiently !

I hope all jailed Dervishes to be released unconditionally very soon Insha Allah.”

She also says about the “lack of medical care” to all incarcerated jaileds in Evin prison: “when blood test was taken of lawyers, administrators and staffs of Majzoonan Noor website, the test result of my husband showed severe anemia and iron deficiency.”

Lack of medical care and poor nutrition has been led to iron deficiency, anemia and malnutrition for jailed Gonabadi Dervishes in ward 350 of Evin prison .

In the last days of 1390 blood test was taken of lawyers, administrators and staffs of Majzoonan Noor website who were in detention more than six months in Evin prison ward 350 and the test result showed anemia and iron deficiency then.

According the report, the jailed dervishes’s families were worried about their healths because of medicines which were Prescribed by special doctor of prison that was belong to pations who needs iron , vitamines and also who have anemia .

It is important to mention that, according to article No 95 of executive regulation of prison organization, food menu should include vegetables, fruits, and meat every week, which is hardly given to them!

Our reporter added that, at about 90 percent of food rations of prisoners in section 350 Evin is inedible because these foods are not properly cooked and food are often dumped in trash .

It is mentioning that the food is prepared weekly by prisoners but in the past times, foods has been contained meat and large amounts of soya but it is not now at all and prison officials say that they do not have sufficient funds.

It is noteable that the facilities and basic amenities such as the pitcher and glasses, spoon and cutlery, refrigerator, oven and etc are provided by prisoners and it is against the law.

Except the lentils which will be offered to prisoners twice a week as dinner, the only useful food which is taken by prisoners is breakfast but its quantity is too low and no-fruits were made ​​prisoners to produce fruits with personal funds and because of this, monthly average of 600 thousand rials will impose additional costs to the prisoners and their families .

In an interview she said: although it seems that, Amir is in a good mood, but he suffers from heart disease and requires medical cares, drug treatment and his condition is more related to feed and exercise, every day he should eat fruit and walking to adjust to his illness. He needs clean water, clean air and needs to be away from the any anxiety.Unfortunately, prison conditions will only increase the effects of his illness.

Mrs Eslami at the end of the interview, added : “I wish to release all “jailed dervishes ” and they may return to the warm embrace of their families very soon Insha Allah.

She told to our reporter, with pride : Amir with a “excellent” spirit , has standed firm and when I see him, I am really proud of having such a husband .”
