According to an order from prison yesterday morning on 7th Azar 1391(Nov 27, 2012), three jailed Gonabadi dervishes and administrators of Majzooban Noor website who had been admitted for treatment at Tehran’s Milad Hospital, were returned to prison all at once.
Majzooban Noor reports that Messrs.Hamid Reza Moradi, Mostafa Daneshjou and Reza Entesari who were hospitalized in Tehran’s Milad Hospital respectively, for the treatment of “severe clogged arteries”, “severe respiratory disease and asthma” and “hand fractures”, all were suddenly discharged from the hospital and returned to Evin prison. So that even Messrs. Moradi and Deneshjou that were treated by specialist physicians has discharged by General physician.
According to Green Voice of Freedom reports, Abolghasem Salavati, presiding judge of Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court recently ordered those who refuse to participate in the trial must be deprived of the “prisoner rights” such as Medical Services and therefore the order was issued that the dervishes, Moradi, Daneshjou and Entesari should be returned to prison.
It should be noted that Messrs. Mohammad Seifzadeh, Abolfazl Ghadyani, Ali Moezzi and Gonabadi dervishes due to non-compliance with the Code of Criminal Procedure in Revolutionary Courts and also the absence of Jury for political crimes, refused to attend the court.
It is reminded here that the trial of seven Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyers and Majzooban Noor website managers which was going to begin on 21, 22, 23 Abab (Aban 1391-Nov 2012) for three consecutive days in Branch 15 of the Tehran’s Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Salavati, was postponed because defender lawyers were not allowed to read the case and also not allowed even to attend the trial.
Earlier these dervishes and prisoners of conscience had announced that if the legal formalities are not completed, they will not attend the Court hearing.
