On 28 Bahman 1391( 6 Feb 2013), in a signed letter, jailed Gonabadi Dervishes Saleh Moradi and Kasra Nouri complained of the main cause of conflicts against the dervishes in Kavar town but so far, after more than three months writing this letter of complaint no deal has been done yet for that.
Saleh Moradi and Kasra Nouri who are being held in Shiraz’s Adel Abad prison, complained of cleric Alireza Shahbazi as the principal offender of Kavar event to the “Special Courts for the Clergy” (SCC). According to our reporter the “Special Courts for the Clergy” (SCC) has not considered their written complaints!
Now again these two jailed Gonabadi dervishes requested respectable prosecutor of “Shiraz’s Special Courts for the Clergy” (SCC) to investigate this issue.
It should be reminded that, cleric Alireza Shahbazi’s misdeeds such as “Publishing lies for disturbing public opinion”, “inciting people to protest and conflict,” “propaganda against the Nematollahi Gonabadi Masters” during Kavar event in Shahrivar 1390 (September 2011) have been mentioned in this complaint letter.

In a part of this letter of complaint is quoted ” In mid-Tir 90 (July 2011) the cleric (Alireza Shahbazi) begun a widespread propaganda against Islamic mysticism by delivering CD which is all insult to the dervishes, called on citizens to demonstrate against dervishes.

With an illegal movement which was against religious principles, he called for a demonstration without a valid license from the authorities which led Friday Prayer canceled.

Unfortunately, as a result of Mr. Shahbazi’s seduction some Gonabadi dervishes were wounded and one dervish called ” Vahid Banani” was martyred.”

This two Gonabadi dervishes who are behind bars for more than 19 months in Shiraz’s Adel Abad prison and entered the Sixty-first day of a hunger strike to protest illegal transfer of seven Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyers and Majzooban Noor website managers to solitary confinement of Evin prison, in this letter of complaint quoted that: Assuming that holding “remembrance of Allah and infallible Imams(a.s.) ceremonies” is contrary to law and to the rules and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, these questions come to mind:

-Has this clergy been a Judiciary and Law enforcement officer to deal forcibly with dervishes?

-Who was his legal and financial supporter during the event?

-Does someone dressed looks like Prophet, has the right to excommunication and curse Shiites and the followers of Imam Murteza Ali (as) and the believers and who have said “Declaration of Faith: 3-Shahadah by tongue and heart”??

-Was it a valuable action that caused so much damage to Muslims?

-How can this clergy be answerable to the families of these damaged dervishes due to his intrigue?

These two imprisoned Dervishes by expressing disappointment over Dervishes rights, asked to declare the result of the complaint and stated: “Dear Mr. Prosecutor, we know that our lawsuit as “Gonabadi Dervishes” has no results in the court, so is requesting, give us a copy of the research or let us know if the case has been closed and also if the court prohibit the prosecution of him let us know by giving a copy of that.
So we will be informed of our letter of complaint’s result and let the People of Iran to know that, to prevent the violation of our legal rights.
