Gonabadi Dervish, Kasra Nour, had been supposed to appear this morning on 22 Farvardin 1392 (April 11, 2013) in Shiraz’s Revolutionary court due to notification in his sentence, but prison officials, refused to transfer him to the court.
Meanwhile, Dervishes gathering in front of Shiraz’s Revolutionary court to express sympathy and solidarity with jailed Dervishes turned into clashes as a result of authorities’ act.
According to received news to Majzooban Noor, prison authorities due to fear and worry about critical health condition of Kasra Noury who is currently on 86th day of his hunger strike, refused to transfer him to the court.
At the same time a number of Gonabadi Dervishes resident in Shiraz had gathered in front of Revolutionary Court building to show their solidarity and were going to meet his brother in faith but were encountered by the security forces.
Kasra Nouri and Saleh Moradi have been protesting with a hunger strike against the illegal transfer of their Dervish lawyers to solitary confinement for more than 86 days and require prison officials to transfer back their dervishes lawyers to the general ward of Evin and called attention to their poor health status but unfortunately their simple request has not been answered yet.
