Imprisoned Gonabadi Dervishes, Saleh Moradi and Kasra Nouri in a letter urged the Fars province’s department of justice to reconsider their unlawful decision or let them join their jailed brothers in solitary confinement in the basement of AdelAbad prison.
According to Majzooban Noor, two Dervish right activists, Saleh Moradi and Kasra Nouri after being informed of the transfer of four Gonabadi Dervishes (Sayed Ebrahim Bahrami, Mohammad Ali Sadeghi, Mohammad Ali Dehghan and Mohsen Esmaeeli) residents of Kavar town in Fars province to solitary confinement in the basement cells of Shiraz’s AdelAbad prison, in a letter urged judicial authorities to immediately transfer back of four Dervishes to general Ward at AdelAbad prison and end harassment and oppression against Dervishes.
Four Gonabadi Dervishes, residents of Kavar town in Fars province who were arrested by security forces near one month ago, moved to the quarantine section of AdelAbad prison and currently are being held in solitary confinement in the basement of this prison where is very inappropriate place and the detainees who are held there, are in the worst health status and officers and investigators have inhumane attitude with torture that are absolutely against civil rights.
It is notable that, Saleh Moradi and Kasra Nouri had been protesting with a hunger strike against the illegal transfer of their Dervish lawyers to solitary confinement in Evin prison for 90 days and after transfer of seven Dervish lawyers to general ward 350, they ended their prolong-term hunger strike.
