Hossein Ronaghi Maleki addressed a letter to President Rouhani. Part of the letter reads, “In the opinion of Your Excellency, who has given such comprehensive powers to the military, Intelligence and Security agencies, allowing them to take this land in their clutches and create such a spectacle?”
” The judiciary, tasked by the constitution to treat right and wrongs, became one of the centers of injustice against the citizens. Reform government have proven in the past the power of the President to change and fix injustices. I do not expect, of course, that will work beyond your authority, but try in your meetings with state officials to convey them the message that instead of arresting freedom seeking people who love their homeland on security charges, it would be better to bring to trial those who spend public money and destroying this country due to lack of ability and lack of planning. “Is it not better instead of arresting the wives and daughters of this country on charges of immodesty to put on trial the one who was accused of Kharizak abuse and not to appoint him to a senior position”?
