Doctors treating Hamid-Reza Moradi Sarvestani, imprisoned administrator of Majzooban Noor website, said he is facing a serious risks of vascular surgery (surgery on veins and arteries).
According to Majzooban Noor, doctors arranged for Hamid-Reza Moradi Sarvestani, imprisoned Gonabadi Dervish and administrator of Majzooban Noor website who has been admitted to Shohada Hospital since Aban 15/ Nov 6 due to artery occlusive disease, to have an urgent surgery. The doctors have confirmed that Mr. Moradi needs vascular surgery for both his legs after initial testing and the consultation by other specialists. Also doctors describe the surgery as very heavy and warned on the risks involved with his surgery.
Hami-Reza Moradi is currently in the department of surgery at Shohada e Tajrish hospital under medical care and after performing his doctor’s orders, he will be operated.
Gonabadi Dervish, Hamid-Reza Moradi Sarvestani has heart problems and is suffering from clogged arteries disease which is worrisome ( 70% Artery Blockage) and doctors had warned last year about the risk of his legs amputation if he does not receive immediate medical treatment. Unfortunalely his transfer to hospital was took place far too late because of the denial of necessary medical care by the prison authorities which is a massive violation of human rights and despite continued follow-up on his critical codition, this sick prisoner was taken to the hospital after one year.
