The court hearing of Gonabadi Dervish, Ali Karami which was supposed to be held in Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court yesterday morning on 16th of Mehr 1392 (Dec 7, 2013) did not take place due to the absence of the judge.
According to Majzooban Noor, the trial session of Gonabadi Dervish, Ali Karami who was arrested along with more than 15 other lawyers and managers of Majzooban Noor website in Shahrivar 1390 (September 2011) because of the absence of the trial Judge, Mr. Pirabbasi was not held.

Last year, his case file was handled at this branch and the trial judge had refered the case to Evin prison court due to the insufficient evidence and non-documentary accusations but after a year, in last September the case was again refered to Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court with no evidence.
Ali Karami was arrested along with more than 15 other lawyers and managers of Majzooban Noor website ( Nematollah Gonabadi Order News Site) in Shahrivar 1390 (September 2011) in Tehran and he was released on bail after enduring more than one month behind bars in solitary confinement in Ward 209 of Evin prison.
