Behnam Ebrahim Zadeh the political prisoner in ward 350 of Evin was inspected offensively by the police officer while being returned from the hospital.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Behnam(Assad) Ebrahim Zadeh, the labor activist was transferred to the hospital to treat his neck problems on February 18th but while returning to the prison he was inspected shamelessly by the prison guards being asked to be completely naked.
A source who requested anonymity told to HRANA’s reporter: “Initially he resisted against this unusual request but the guards forced him to be bare.”
When he asked them the cause of this collision they said: “This has been ordered by “Ghobadi” the head of prison.” He said.
In June 12, 2010 Behnam Ebrahim Zadeh was arrested by the security officers and he was convicted to 20 years in prison by the revolutionary court but his sentence was reduced on appeal court to five years imprisonment.
