Houtan Dolati, the political prisoner was transferred to Imam Khomeini hospital and was returned back to the prison after examination.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Houtan Dolati, the member of Iran’s National Front Party and president of the Danesh Amokhtegan Association was sent to Imam Khomeini hospital to track his health status and was returned to ward 350 of Evin prison after the necessary examination.
An informed source who requested anonymity, told HRANA: “The doctor and specialist of Imam Khomeini Hospital told that he should continue to go to the hospital to be tested for treatment again.”
He was arrested by security officer at his home on 16 of March 2013.
After spending one month in ward 209 and 240 of Evin prison he was transferred to ward 350 and in June was convicted in 28 branch of revolutionary court by Judge Mohammad Moghiseh to spreading propaganda against the regime and membership in the National Front and the Front meeting and producing documentary film and finally was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment.
The sentence was reduced to a year and half imprisonment, a year and half suspended sentence and five years deprivation of cyberspace activities and membership in political parties in appeal court.
This 37 years old political prisoner who was born in Talesh is suffering from mitral valve prolapse. In addition of membership in the Iran National Front, he is an activist and founder of the environmental organization “Irans’ Greenpeace” in 2001.
