A group of families of Evin Prison political prisoners held a protest gathering outside Iran’s Majlis (parliament) on Sunday, April 20th. The protesters called for the release of political prisoners and also the return of the inmates attacked on Thursday, April 17th, by Iranian regime’s agents when they stormed Evin’s ward 350. Thirty one inmates were transferred to solitary confinement after the attack.
Fearing the spread of this protest gathering, the regime’s anti-riot guard surrounded the protesting families.
