Sudden Cancellation of Transfer of Jailed Dervishes to Evin Prison

Prosecutor’s order to transfer the imprisoned Dervishes from Rajai Shahr to Evin prison was suddenly canceled without providing any explanations.
According a report by Kaleme website, morning of Saturday, Ordibehesht 6, 1393 (April 26,2014), while two jailed Gonabadi Dervishes, Farshid Yadollahi and Reza Entesari, based on a prior notice, had collected their belongings, the head of Rajai Shahr prison announced that, according to the prosecutor’s call the transfer has been cancelled.
According to the head of Rajai Shahr prison, Mr. Mardani, last Wednesday, Tehran’s deputy prosecutor, Khodabakhshi, by his appearance in the prison had ordered immediate transfer of two jailed Dervishes to Evin prison but Friday night ( 5th of Ordibehesht/ April 25) he canceled his command by a phone call.
Following the recourse of Dervish prisoners’ families to the Tehran Prosecutor, an issued letter for transfer of these prisoners was shown to the brother of Mr. Yadollahi in which it was declared that, Dervish lawyer, Farshid Yadollahi and photo journalist, Reza Entesari will be surely transferred back in Evin prison till next week.
