Why Nematollhi Gonabadi Dervishes decided to form a campaign in order to accompany each other unanimously to go to Evin prison. What is their intention of such a move? It is seeking a provocative measure or it is a reaction to the current condition of judicial, political and social situation of Iran?
Majzooban Noor Website, by releasing some notes is going to scrutinize various aspects of this collective motion of Gonabadi Dervishes. Here in the following the first comment on this website:

Why Dervishes, why migration?

Migration from Iran to Evin is a choice that Gonabadi Dervishes have recently resorted to that, so that, once again in a peaceful manner and away from any violence, can demonstrate their capacity, talent, wisdom and understanding to follow up their lost rights in the society in order to make the running system aware of the problems and hardships which these people have to endure in the contemporary condition.

Majzooban Noor on the occasion of formation of this campaign commenced to issue the first statement. Here is a brief:
In the bottleneck of lack of commitment to law enforcement by authorities, the doors and apertures of autocracy have been opened; thus, no warranty is imagined to maintain the human dignity and freedom for Dervishes.

Thus, in such a dilemma, resorting to the legal capacities for the defense of their lost rights couldn’t be practical and helpful, so, they decided to deal freedom with imprisonment to go to prison in order to accompany and demonstrate their solidarity with their brothers who have been their advocates and also have spent there years in captivity so far.
Adoption of these novel and unconventional ways to achieve their demands by the Dervishes, raises several fundamental questions in the public mind: 1) Why have Dervishes chosen this path? 2) How is it justified in the eye of the law? 3) what are the demands of Dervishes?
In reply to the first question, behaviors of officials and governmental authorities during these years, human rights violations, particularly, with the followers of this Order, intensification of pressures by taking the office from the ninth government in 2005, and also preplanned unceasing actions against Dervishes; such as, demolition of worship-places and Hosseiniyes (mosques and temples), countless summons by security and judicial centers, news boycotts, arrests and detentions, prohibition of the right of appeal and reference to competent courts, house arrest of leaders of the Order and prevention from domestic travels, exclusion of social rights, opposition to further education and employment,…. . And also many other violations, say, lack of accountability of officials, created an impasse and dilemma which seems there is no way, except migration from Iran to Evin jail, because the other conventional ways have been blocked by the officials, afterward, no way is left, but migration.
In response to question two, resistance against oppression and cruelty is a divine and human right of Dervishes, and all international regulations, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and also Article 9 and 27 of the constitution have conspicuously recognized these absolute rights for all citizens and people. And public authority will have to recognize and respect the mentioned rights; accordingly, the method of choice by the Dervishes is legal.
In response to the third question, general speaking, demands and requests of Dervishes include; equality without any discrimination, rule of law, obligation of rulers to the strict enforcement of law, and respect for human dignity.
Eventually, Dervishes like other citizens employed lawyers to defend their violated and lost rights, but these lawyers who came to guard the tree of hope and justice, meanwhile, have gone under the lashes of tyranny, oppression and bigotry by the unrighteous judges.
So, in such a condition, migration from Iran to Evin prison should be seen as a legal andjustifiable act, because the only demand of Dervishes is, their safety be respected and protected by law in any aspects of their life, and also their safety should not be violated and breached by bullies and violators of law.
