Imprisoned Gonabadi Dervish, Reza Entesari after spending of three years of his eight years and six months prison sentence which was issued in absentia by judge Salavati, still remains deprived of his most basic rights and of any legal privileges which political ones enjoy.
According to a report by Majzooban Noor, due to being forced to wear prison uniforms by the officials which is against the bylaws of prison, Reza Entesari again refused to visit his family in the the aim of respect for human dignity and preserve the sanctity of political prisoners.

Based on the adopted decisions in term of dissolution of ward 350, and also due to the increase in the number of exiled political prisoners from the mentioned ward to general wards, the prison authorities have decided to inhibit these people from having any contact and relation with each other too. Based on this report, political prisoners and prisoners of conscience are threatened to assault by some public prisoners which by regarding the different absolute condition of this ward some questions have been raised which can demonstrate a fresh wave of pressures on the mentioned prisoners. The prison authorities have also stated that the only prisoners can go to visitation room who are wearing prison uniform!
The family of this jailed Dervish say: “Although we know that there is a low probability of meeting, we would go to Evin prison, but after waiting hours, meeting does not take place. In the past one month, we have only visited him once. Because prison officials did not allow Reza comes the prison visiting room with his own clothing. They have declared illegally that the wearing of any non-prison clothing is prohibited in visiting hall.”
It is pertinent to say that according to the first paragraph of Article 235 of Executive Regulation of Prison Law, political prisoners and prisoners of conscience are exempt from wearing a prison uniform, using handcuffs and footcuffs. So being forced to wear prison uniform is absolutely against Jails rules and regulations.
Recently due to the these such illegal actions of jail officials, political prisoner in ward 8, Mohammad Ebrahimi, jailed Dervish lawyers in ward 7 of Evin prison, Omid Behroozi and Farshid Yadollahi refused to go to the visiting room for the mentioned reason.
Reza Entesari, reporter, photojournalist and a member of Majzooban Noor website ( Nematollahi Gonabadi Order News Site ) was sentenced by Branch 15 of the Islamic Revolution Court in July 2013 to eight years and six months imprisonment on charge of preparing documents and activity in “Majzooban Noor website”.
