The Seven lawyers and advocates of rights of dervishes have submitted their complaint extradition appeal to the branch ten of the court of crimes of governmental employees.
Prior to that, these seven Dervishes two times had protested about the illegal acts and violations of judge Salavati in the procedure of the case. But the first complaint was faced with the prohibition of prosecution, and the second one yet has been suspended. The Dervishes who signed, wrote down in one segment of the regulation; “When our demands to follow up our complaints against outlaws and offenders are not fulfilled; thus, we shall postpone our petitions as long as we find that in the judicial system of Iran, the terms like justice and right are respected and practiced.

In the name of Equitable and Revenger Lord

Honorable interrogator of branch ten of court for the crimes of government employees.
With Greetings,
Kindly, this is to inform you concerning the case number 930012 in that branch;
On dark nights, when even the star of law enforcement in the sky of our country does not blink, and the black cloud of roguishness has masked the moon of justice with a dark veil, we wanted, via the law broken arc, to throw our lost right arrow on the thick and awkward body of injustice, But alas, we were in the illusion. Our complaint against judicial and security authorities was derived from our simplicity and naivety, and as if we did not believe the facts, nor remember our experiences in the time of attorney before captivity. We forgot our fruitless endeavors and repetitive useless experiences to take back the rights of innocent Dervishes in confrontation with those lying on the seat of power and the owners of politics as well, then, took the pen and wrote down our complaints, small and large faults and violations of offenders in the case from the beginning untilthe issue the verdict were so conspicuous that everyone could see not only with eyes suffering from cataracts, but from glaucoma. And these miracles which have not been seen by the authorized officials, it itself is a bitter and jokey anecdote. Bitter for the disconsolate and helplessangel of burnt-wing justice in Iran, and humor for those who in the future will write down the history of law and the procedure of judgment, that will not have to mock the performances of the Balkh’s judge(!) in the time of comparison between savagery and civilization, because, these days, there are more reasons for ridicule and laugh rather than the future time.
In final, when Judge Salavati has been acquitted from any charges, and also when our attendance at the court sessions with prison uniform, handcuff and shackle is known as a must and bind, all this brought us from mirage to reality, and again we are witness that the judicial system still emphasizes the hopeless and normal procedures of the past. Hence, when our demands to follow up our complaints against outlaws and offenders come to failure and despair; thus, we shall postpone our petitions as long as we find that in the judicial system of Iran, the terms like justice and right are appreciated and practiced.
