Saba Azarpeyk, a Reformist Journalist who was arrested 81 days ago, is still kept at solitary confinement with no clear vision of possible trail date.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) in Iran, Saba Azarpeyk was arrested on Wednesday morning, May 28th, 2014 by security forces and was transferred to an undisclosed location.
Despite the fact that she has been in solitary confinement for the past 81 days , her fate is still undecided and there is still no news of a possible trail date and explanation of charges.
Her attorney, Mr Javad Alizadeh mentioned on the Sky News website that he has not yet succeeded to visit Saba Azarpeyk and added: “…I have been refused the permission to visit Saba Azarpeyk because her case considered as a “National Security” matter, whereas according to the Civil Laws, the attorney should be given permission to visit the client under any circumstances.”
Javad Alizadeh also said: “…there is no reason given for her arrest”
