One dead and three injured, more than a hundred years of exile and banishment, imprisonment, and an increase of life and job insecurity are just some of the consequences of the senseless act that four young clergymen have imposed on Gonabadi Dervishes in Fars province. Of course, the senseless movement from the old hand infantry that their headquarters consisted of the same ones who in the name of protection of religion and security, in fact, were hunting their interests and advantages. And they thought that the mere procedure to demonstrate that their ruined achievements are on the right path was to devastate everything that was sound and safe. The same who ignited the fire of destruction of the mosques of Dervishes. And to achieve to their goals provoked four young ignorant clergymen to ignite that disaster.

Perhaps, these four and their leaders thought in their headquarters, that because they could do everything that they wished, and suffocate any voice that they wanted, so, this time also can put the worn garment of love in religion and Sharia on their movements of egoism, but, indeed, they were ignorant that this time from inside the jail two Dervishes who had been incarcerated in the result of their heinous and non-Sharia act would put an action against them.

On November 2011, Kasra Nouri and Salehedin Moradi put an action against these four clergymen to the Clerical Special Court and the result was that after two years, the hearing session was held against the culprits of the Kavar disaster.
But what went on in the court, here is a brief interview with Salehedin Moradi;

Q: What was the role of the four young clergymen in the incident of the Kavar whom you put an action against?
A: The school of Dervish is based on the peace, respect and will be everlasting also. Afterward, Gonabadi Dervishes have a high and drastic respect and attention toward their ceremonies and Zikr (remembrance of God) held on the nights before Mondays and Fridays. And thanks to God, these ceremonies are held in Iran and overseas as well, and Kavar is included also. This city enjoys decent and gentle Dervishes who are so kind and never disturb and hurt anyone, and shall not. Unfortunately, after 2010, a small number of illiterate clergymen began to propagandize through the distortion the reality and also brainwashing the thoughts of decent and honorable people of the region and provoked them to have clash and conflict with the Dervishes. The climax of this heinous act was in Shahrivar 1390 (September 2011), so that, in a very large scale they began to distribute leaflets, CDs, and frank insults in the mosques of the regions, and called on the dissolution and cancelation of the spiritual ceremonies of Dervishes.
Following the arbitrary measures of these people, Dervishes informed the respective officials both in the region, province and also top seniors of the government even by writing complaint letters. But unfortunately, the voices of the dervishes were suspending. In the following, the four ignorant clergymen intensified their audacity and arrogance, so that, they called on people to demonstrate against Dervishes, leading to the disastrous incident of 11 September, and the outcome of the tragedy as you are well aware was lots of people who were injured and one of our spiritual brother who was martyred named Vahid Banani, and detention and banishment of many Dervishes in this disaster.

Q: What occurred that you complained and when you brought a lawsuit against them?
A: I was arrested along with my spiritual brothers in 16 September 2011. In the duration of the captivity along with my dear brother, Kasra Nouri brought a lawsuit to the Clerical Special Court in order to revitalize a certain part of the violated rights of the Dervishes, and also through the transparency make the public aware who indeed were the real perpetrators behind the curtain.

Q: what happened in the court?
A: Today’s meeting was held by the presence of the plaintiff and defendant. The defendant evaded any crystal answer to the questions of judge, and when they were asked by the judge that if they believed that they had disturbed the public order, the Friday prayer and also the unauthorized demonstration, they answered unanimously “what is the relationship between these sorts of questions and plaintiffs and the hearing session”?!!. Their defenses were full of insults to decent people of Kavar and also Mr. Alavai the current Friday prayer in that time, they also called people as gullible and naive, and Mr. Alavi was known as an instigator in their belief, and also believed that all their acts were inspired by the Fatwa. All their statements have been written in the minutes.

Q: On the indictment of four clergymenit stipulates that “They all participated in disturbing the public order”. Did they confess or accept responsibility?
A: At first, they refuted it unanimously, but, while during the defense they conspicuously violated their early statements and unveiled their secret meeting which they had held with the chief executives of Kavar, so that, the judge found out the contradictory and conflict among their remarks, so the judge announced the termination of the hearing. At the hearing, I told the judge “if in this country, every everyone in the clothe of clergy wants to do as he wishes, so vividly, nothing can be based on the law and rights, and if these sorts of bigotries and violations be continued in the name of religion, in an early future, we will be witness of emergence of establishment of ISIS Shia Group ( Daesh) by these such people.

Q: How will you see the result of the trail?
A: General speaking, if the judge steps in the line of impartiality and justice, after three years of this disaster, many things will be transparent to everyone and these defiant people will not have any other movement.
