Amir Eslami, imprisoned lawyer of Gonabadi Dervishes, briefly lost consciousness twice in Evin Prison Friday 4th of Mehr ( September 26), after 27 days on a hunger strike.
According to Majzooban Noor, while the nine Gonabadi Sufi Dervishes imprisoned in Evin and Nezam-e Shiraz are suffering from serious health conditions, there is no action has been taken to meet the legal needs of imprisoned Dervishes and also the deputy of prosecutor has pretended to be unaware of the hunger strike of Dervishes!
The demands of nine imprisoned Dervishes to terminate the hunger strike is the end of tyranny and enmity to the followers of Path of God and removal any security view toward Dervishes, which over the years have brought a variety of deprivations and violation of rights, convictions and banishments, lash and destruction of their homes and places of worship.

It is notable that, the Gonabadi Dervishes across the country gathered outside the Office of Tehran’s Prosecutor on 21 and 22 September, to support the demands of jailed Dervishes but the rallies failed and remained unanswered due to the bloody and heinous attack by security forces on protesting Dervishes.

Gonabadi Dervishes have announced that they will gather in front of one of the government agencies on Sunday 6 Mehr (September, 28) for offering noon and afternoon prayers collectively to protest against pressures and crackdown on the students of the school of Nematollahi Gonabadi Sufi Order, that is done by the extremist movement.
The mentioned Dervishes have noted in their statement that
this collective prayer will be the beginning of a series of collective prayers that they will offer in front of the houses of Grand Ayatollahs, country authorities and Ministries in order to show that Dervishes, contrary to the opinion of some officials, are not atheists at all, but are the true Muslims and true followers of the Holy Quran and loyal followers of Shiism and repression of Sufi Dervishes is only for political purposes.
