Qadir, is neither an event of the year, nor a specific time nor a place, indeed, it was a pre-determined truth that from the period of Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) reached the period Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him), and on the 18th of Dhu al Hijjah came into the full appearance.
This incident displayed that the living master (Moula) determines his successor. But as at that time, the extremists who believed themselves more faithful and also wiser than Prophet Mohammad, made mistake the guardianship (Velayat) on people’s life and soul for ruling the Islamic universe; subsequently, conducted the path of religion to the indirection and diminished the content to wear and clothing.
Qadir based on the order of Ultimate God is a celebration of believers to God and also is through the adherence to the instructions of living saints of God.
As Imam Ali stated; “no power and government (caliphate) can be able to take the position of Guardianship and pontificate (Velayat) on the believers’ life and soul”.
That Great Day indicated that the believers of God would be in paucity, hardship, imprisonment, torture and pinch, because what had happened to Imam Ali (peace beupon him) and his companions, the same happened to his successors (other Imams) as well.

Qadir of believers is the Mysterious Point in their hearts (Soveyda); so, except the King of love, no one shall, even via compulsion and force, dominate it.
