Mr.’s Shokro Allah  hosseini , Mohamade Marvi, Alireza Abbasi and NazarAli Marvi some of the Gonabadi  Dervishes  Order  were transferred  to exile from Vakil Abad prison in Mashad.

According to Majzooban Noor reporter,  they  who were sentenced to 5 months imprisonment and 50 lashes and a year’s exile to cities of Bojnud , Ghochan,Yazd and Tabas were sent to the exile area after his imprisonment period and receiving 50 lashes.
In July 2009 a group of Dervishes had protested against the illegal behavior of Gonabad’s prosecuting attorney and 24 of them had been arrested and sentenced. Fourteen men of these dervishes had been sentenced to 25 lashes and 91 days of suspended imprisonment for three years and the others 10 men to 5 months imprisonment, 50 lashes and to exile one year  to deprived areas. The appeals Court Branch 12 of Khorasan Razavi province had upheld their sentence.
