The authorities of Evin prison hampered to send Reza Entesari, the jailed Gonabadi dervish, to the Shohada e Tajrish hospital after his refusal to practice Khodabakshi’s oral statement (prosecutor overseeing prisons) to wear the uniform of the prison.
MajzoobanNooe kept on, this imprisoned dervish was supposed to admit to the Shohada e Tajrish hospital yesterday on 8 Ordibehesht 1394 (28 April, 2015) due to the treatment of the heart disease, but the persistence of the prison officials on the execution of the oral command of one judicial authority which undeniablyis a conspicuous violation against the principle of separation of crimes caused that the transfer was not carried out.
Mr. Khodabakhshi, the prosecutor observer of political prisoners, one day after his visit from Shohada e Tajris hospital and also the jailed dervishes who are admitted to this hospital, regardless of the type of the convection and contrary to the principle of separation of crimes orally ordered that the Gonabadi jailed dervishes be compelled to use handcuffs and shackles; subsequently, led to the disruption on the treatment process of the sick prisoners, and in some cases the transfer of the prisoners to the medical centers has been annulled, repetitively.
The prison officials by invoking this oral command which carries no legal foundation decided to send back the two Gonabadi dervishes admitted in the hospital to the jail, that the physicians prevented and demanded for the discharge of these two, the prison officials should bring a written letter from prison with them, and also accept the responsibility for health of these two Gonabadi dervishes.
