Salehedin Moradi Released from Prison

Gonabadi Dervish, Salehedin Moradi was released from prison a few hours ago, after issuing prosecution banning order by Revolutionary Prosecutor.
According to a report by Majzooban Noor, Salehedin Moradi, an activist advocating Gonabadi Derivshes’ rights, who had been arrested on 6th of Esfand 1393 (February, 25, 2015) for the second time on the pretext of carrying out the exile sentence issued by Kavar court, a few hours ago was released after spending more than 3 months in Shiraz’s Adel-Abad and Nezam prisons after Revolutionary Prosecutor issued prosecutions banning order.
This rights activist after twenty days interrogation at the lockup of the Information Office so – called No. 100 had been transferred to the court of Kavar, and from there by considering all the alleged charges and also the trend of detention as illegal ones, rejected to put up bail and was transferred to the prison of Adel Abad.
The mentioned dervish had been arrested in 1390 (2012) due to the riot and sedition conducted by the religious extremists in the city of Kavar, and spent approximately two years in jail.
This rights activist of Gonabadi dervishes, apart from the recent alleged allegations, is faced with two other verdicts also in the General Court of Kavar and Revolutionary Court of Shiraz to thirty lashes, two years exile and three years in jail, respectively.
