A new system of unruly and illegal arresting of the Gonabadi dervishes of Kavar started from the last night September 3rd. According to Majzooban Noor reporter, some plain clothes security officers attacked the houses of two Gonabadi dervishes named Shahbaz Zare and Amanollah Cheraghi without having any warrant, but due to their absence at home, they arrested their fathers who go by the names Manoochehr Zare and Hasan Gholi Cheraghi.

Today morning at 5 a.m. thirteen plain clothes security officer with the accompaniment of two soldiers broke into Mr. Abdorreza Arayesh’s house, a Gonabadi dervish in Kovar and arrested him and took him to an unknown place.

In their attack, the security officers took all personal documents and cultural possessions of these dervishes.

It has to be said that now Kavar’s road are blocked by SWAT and the atmosphere is completely militarized.
