CHRD following it’s monthly reports checked human rights situation in Iran in May 2017

CHRD, which is presided over by Shirin Ebadi in his report referred to the holding of the twelfth election of the president, Hassan Rouhani has asked relying on public opinion as well as MPs who thought him close, programs that promise were run.

This nongovernmental organization also referred in it’s report to the necessity of monitoring president on information ministry as the subset government institution, asked the selected president placed more monitoring on this ministry on his agenda.

CHRD in another part of it’s report 
referring to exist of parallel and illegal institutions in security issues, asked hasan rohani to due to his legal obligations, resist against their violation and introduce this institutions to people.

In CHRD report that release in both Persian and English, also in three part “Civil and Political Rights and Culture”, “economic and social rights” and “cultural heritage and the environment” checked human rights situation in Iran.

Cultural rights situation

1. Officials prevented holding Concert of Mohammad Motamedi _Singer_in Birjand.

2. Juditial authorities prevented of Gholam Hossein Karbaschy’s speech- Secretary General of the Executives of Construction Party- in cities Shiraz and Fasa, Faeze Hashemi – political activist in Gachsaran, Mahmoud Beheshti Langroudi – trade unionist teachers- in ghazvin and Ali Shakouri Rad in Bandar Anzali. Judicial authority prevented of the holding gathering of Hasan Rohani’s supporters.

Also, people without a police stop them, prevented the presence of Gholamhossein Karbaschy in Hasan Rohani’s campaign.

3. Attorney general of Tehran announced that Seyed Mohammad Khatami -former president of Iran – is also prohibited photography.

4. Officials prevented form continuing education of Mostafa Daneshju – Lawyer of Gunabadi Dervishes who also spend a time in prison . Also, according to declaration of Mohammad Ali Tavoosi – rights expert- , above mentioned expelled from The Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization on charges of his religion orientation to vit Dervishian.

5. The information ministry prevenred the holding of Central Council meeting of The Iran’s National Front’s.

6. Officials prevented of presence Sunni religious activists, like as Hassan Amini, Hossein Gorgij and Jalal Jalalizadeh, who wanted to participate in graduation congress of students of Zahedan’s Darololum.
