Majzooban Noor released a report saying that Amirali Mohammadi Labaf, one of dervishes of Nematollahi Gonabadi residing in Qom city, a couple hours ago was arrested by the security forces.

According to the received report Mr. Labaf was arrested by the security officials this morning in front of Qom judiciary and so far there is no news about the reason of his detention and his whereabouts as well.

Last year, Security forces of Khalajestan, entered the private house and greenhouse of Mr. Amirali Mohammadi Labaf during the evening of Wednesday, December 15, and this illegal act, which was carried out without the judicial order led to the creation of fear and panic for his family as well as the greenhouse staff. And eventually, the court of the county of Khalajestan in Qom, following the complaint of Mr. Labaf, in a judicial decision, exonerated the perpetrators to the private house and greenhouse of this Gonabadi dervish. At the same time, Mr. labaf in an conversation with the correspondent of Majzooban Noor underscored to document and issue formal permit to establish and pave the defendants’ acquittal of attributive charges, and went on ” after sometime during the course of file, I figured out that the formal permission to enter my premises was provided in the file and the grounds for the offenders’ release were provided also, so in the following, the case was removed from the mainstream. The perpetrators were four, and my complaint was against all of them, but in the issued verdict only two of them were named.
It is worth citing that Amirali Mohammadi Labaf in year 2008 was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment, 74 lashes, and 5 years of deportation to Babak city on charges of disturbing the minds of officials and insulting the sanctities due to the prayers for the dervishes.

After the collapse of Hosseiniheh of dervishes (spiritual place) in Qom on Feb. 24, 2005, which ended up in the arrest and also beating of more than 1, 500 Gonabadi dervishes, the security situation has been severely and heavily overwhelmed on dervishes of the city respected, so that Mr. Seyyed Ahmad Shariat one of the elders (spiritual master) of this mystical Order after the incident has been exiled and still is banned to return and settle in Qom.
