Mr. Seyed Morteza Mahjoobi, a sheikh of the Gonabadi Ni’matullahi order, was arrested fiercely by the plain clothes men and Esfahan disciplinary forces.

According to Majzooban reporter, at 11:30 pm on 2th January, the forces broke the door of Mr. Hamid Bagheri’s house and assaulted the inhabitants. And Mr. Mahjoobi and 4 other dervishes were arrested and transferred to unknown place. The arrested dervishes are: Mr. Hamid Bagheri, Farshid Mahjoobi, Mehdi Porsadram and vahid Abaszade.
Arresting this sheikh of the Gonabadi Ni’matullahi order indicates a new season for suppression other religious especially Dervishes the Gonabadi Ni’matullahi order in Iran.
