The first trail of two Gonabadi Dervishes conducted in Kavar town’s court number 1 on Sunday, Mehr 03, 1390 (September 25, 2011) .

According to Majzooban Noor Website reporter, it was the first trial of Messrs. Akbari and Beirami in Kavar town who religious rites of Nematollahi Gonabadi Order are held in their homes.

It should be noted that these Dervishes who were trialed on the Charges of the order breakdown and acting against national security, defend themselves on their own because of the apprehension of their lawyers.

The sentence of this court to these two Dervishes was punitive bail of 150 million Toman which they refused to accept it and therefore were transferred to Adel Abad prison in Shiraz.

This report adds: these Dervishes declared their bail non-acceptance as denotation of their innocence.

These Gonabadi Dervishes had been arrested at their own homes by the security and plain-clothes forces in an onslaught and without any judicial and legal warrant on Sunday, Shahrivar 19, 1390 (September 10, 2011).

It should be mentioned that following the attack of the plain-clothes and security forces on Gonabadi Dervishes in Fars state from Friday, Shahrivar 11, 1390 (September 02, 2011) to Sunday, Shahrivar 13, 1390 (September 04, 2011), and their mass assault and battery in Kavar and Sarvestan towns of Fars state, a military and security atmosphere governed there and  the funeral of martyr Vahid Banani on Wednesday Shahrivar 16, 1390 (September 07, 2011) was held under a tight security operation and the presence of hundreds of riot control forces and specialized units.
