As the result of security ministry’s complains, three lawyer of Gonabadi Ni’matillahi Order were condemned in separate court in charge of create anxiety in public opinion. They are Farshid Yadollahi, Amir Eslami, Mustafa Daneshjoo.

As the result of security ministry’s complains, three lawyer of Gonabadi Ni’matillahi Order were condemned in separate court in charge of create anxiety in public opinion. They are Farshid Yadollahi, Amir Eslami, Mustafa Daneshjoo.

Accordinng to Majzooban site, Yadollahi and Eslami prosecuted the case of some dervishes inhabited in kish. However they were acquitted of accusation of measures against the national security, their lawyers were condemned to 6 month prison. And also Mustafa Daneshjoo who was the lawyer of 2 dervishes inhabited in Neka was condemned to 7 month prison by appeal court of Mazandaran province.

All of three lawyers complained to judicial authorities about illegal measurements of security ministry officials against their clients. Not only there is no respond to their complaint, but also they were convicted by security ministry‘s complaint.

Farshid Yadollahi and Amir Eslami are members of Human Rights commission of Bar Association. Mustafa Daneshjoo is the lawyer whose lawyer’s license was nullified for defending of dervishes rights by judicature.
