Journalist, civil rights activist and author Hamid Moazeni was arrested by Bushehr Intelligence Ministry forces.

For 10 hours after his arrest, no one was aware of his whereabouts until the follow-ups indicated that he had been arrested by the Intelligence Ministry.

The reason for his arrest in unknown.

He was a Karroubi supporter during the elections and supported the post-election protests. His writings were recently published on roozonline.
