Preparations for widespread executions, phones disconnected for four days in Gohardasht Prison

            Based on reports obtained by the Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran in Gohardasht Prison in Karaj, west of Tehran all telephone lines used by ordinary prisoners to contact their families have been disconnected for the past four days.

UN Special Rapporteurs Condemn Ongoing Executions In Iran

    Three United Nations Special Rapporteurs on Iran, summary executions and torture condemned the recent execution of four members of the Ahwazi Arab minority in Ahwaz’s Karoun Prison in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
