Mohamad Kashani Far one of Gonabasi Dervishes was sent into exile from Mashhad Vakil Abad prison.

According to Majzooban Noor website’s reporter, this Gonabadi Dervish who was sentenced to a 5 months in prison, 50 lashes and 1 year deportation to Sarakhs town, after finishing his durance period and bearing fifty lashes, was sent into exile on Mehr 26, 1390 (October 18, 2011).

In Tir, 1388 (June and July, 2009), a number of Gonabadi Dervishes objecting to the illegal behavior of Gonabad’s prosecuting attorney, ware gathered in front of judicature of this town in which 24 Dervishes ware arrested and tried.

Gonabad’s court sentenced 14 of them to 3 years in prison and 50 lashes and 10 other one were sentenced to 5 months in prison, 50 lashes and 1 year deportation to the underprivileged areas. This verdict was approved by the appellate court No. 12 of Korasan Razavi.
