Keeping pressure on Gonabadi Dervishes which started at the end of the summer, 1390 (September, 2011), has been increased by assault and battery and arrest of around 100 Dervishes who 13 of them are detained in the individual cells and nonstandard prisons’ sections.

According to Dervishes’ Rights Protection Campaign’s report, these pressures started by the extravagances of a young theologian in Kavar and followed by the security and plain-clothes forces’ actions on Shahrivar 11, 1390 (September 2, 2011) which was a new current of suppressions on Gonabadi Dervishes.
Consequently, around 100 of Nematollahi Gonabadi Dervishes were arrested and imprisoned in Tehran and Shiraz prisons and concentration camps. Some of these Dervishes after bearing one month individual cells temporarily have been released on heavy bails up to their final trial. And 13 rests already are investigated at the undesirable situations.
These thirteen Dervishes situations are as follows:

2. Farshid Yadollahi
3. Afshin Karam Pour
4. Omid Behroozi
5. Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani
6. Reza Entesari
Mentioned Dervishes’ solicitors and Majzooban Noor website’s staffs, after 40 days are in Evin individual cells and judicial authorities have not allowed them to visit their families and lawyers. It is remarkable that Amir Eslami and Hamid Reza Moradi are suffered from severe heart disease.

These dervishes are detained in Shiraz Adel Abad prison and except of Saleh Moradi, all the rests are sentenced to 40 lashes. Also Mohammad Ali Sadi who was shot by the security forces on Sunday, Shahrivar 13, 1390 (September 04, 2011) is in a critical health state and there is not any information about his situation.
12. Mostafa Daneshjoo
He is the Dervishes’ solicitor who was arrested on Ordibehesht 28, 1390 (April 17, 2011) by the security forces and had been transferred to Sari prison, and through serving 5 months in prison from his 7 months sentence, hadn’t had the privilege of vacation.
13. Amir Ali Mohammadi Labaf
This Dervish who was sentenced on Ordibehesht 28, 1390 (April 17, 2011) to 5 years deportation to Babak town in Kerman state, these days was transferred to Babak town prison for passing 6 month imprisonment as the substitute of the sentence of exile. It is considerable that he had been given 74 lashes and served 9 month in prison in 1387 (2009).
