Hamid Reza Moradi’s wife talking to Majzooban Noor told about pronouncing the bail of 400,000,000 Tomans for his husband. She declaring unawareness of her husband’s charges and accusations, pointed to Mr. Moradi’s heart disease and his recent transfer to Evin dispensary.

Hamid Reza Moradi was arrested on Shahrivar 14, 1390 (September 05, 2011) in Tehran and transferred to Evin prison.

Ms. Sedighe Khalili, please tell us about your husband’s apprehension.

According to the eye witnesses, I got that around 1:30 a.m. a number of plain-clothes men besieged the house and breaking the door entered it and arrested my husband and his friends. They obviously hadn’t had any legal warrant for their action.

Have you had any visit to him?

No, Hamid like his friends, Messrs. Farshid Yadollahi, Omid Behroozi, Afshin Karampour, Amir Eslami, and Reza Entesari who are in Evin’s No. 209 section is visit forbidden, and they were allowed to call just after three weeks.

Are you aware of his physical state?

He suffers from a severe heart disorder and recent pressures have intensified his disease so that one of the investigators had told to Hamid’s solicitor that Hamid and Amir Eslami have been moved to Evin’s dispensary. We are deeply worried about their health state.

Do you know about your husband’s charges and his litigation’s situation?

Recently they informed us about his release upon a bail of 400 million Tomans. And our attempts and demands for knowing about his charges and the reasons of sentencing him to such a heavy bail, just unclearly have been replied that his crime is serious and … . They using these excuses legitimize passing such a sentence on him and veil the scenario which they truly follow.

Do recent actions against Dervishes have any precedent?

Dervishes always have been faced to such a pressures, but during recent 5 or 6 years, these actions have been intensified, Hosseiniehes (our holy places) have been fired and destroyed, and we have faced to Dervishes’ apprehension, imprisonment, and deporting and recently martyr of our dear brother Vahid Banani.    

As your latest word, tell us about tensions and troubles which Dervishes’ Families are suffered from?

Nematollahi Gonabadi Dervishes bear all these persecutions, assaults and batteries, because of their beliefs and true opinions, and I am proud of my husband and other faith brothers who are imprisoned.
