Hearing and charged to the legal status of Gonabadi Dervishes’s lawyers and administrators of Majzooban Noor website was held in Evin prison .
According to Majzooban Noor reporter , Messrs. Amir Eslami , Farshid Yadollahi , Afshin Karampour , Mostafa Daneshjou , Omid Behroozi , Hamid Reza Moradi and Reza Entesari , the lawyers and administrator of Majzooban Noor Website Were charged.
Their accusations are as follows :
*Insulting the Supreme Leader
*Disturbing The minds of the public
*Assembly and collusion against national security
*Spread false and lies
*Deviant group membership
Regarding this matter , Mr. Hamid Reza Moradi , one of the Majzooban Noor’s administrator , In addition, false and baseless allegations , has also been accused of destroying public property.
It is noted that ,these Gonabadi dervishes have been held in Evin prison under massive pressure nealy four months and during this period they were confined in the solitary confinement under pressure and interrogation for about 2 months ,which did lead to a deterioration physical condition of Mr. Hamid Reza Moradi and Mr.Amir Eslami .
These Prisoner Dervishes were transferred from security section No. 209 to section 350 of Evin prison on Dec 20 , 2011 ( Azar 29 , 1390 )
