Mostafa Daneshjou lawyer of Gonabadi dervishes was transferred to addicts camp

Mostafa Daneshjoo, the Gonabadi Dervishes’ advocate, was transferred and dragged to the addict’s camp by the interference of the officials of Sari Prison in north of Iran.

According to Majzooban-e-Noor reporter, Mr. daneshjoo who has been serving one month of his seven imprisonment sentence in Sari Prison by the complaint of the intelligence agency of Sari City and the cooperation of judiciary with them, was transferred to the addict’s camp today on 15 June 2011.

Daneshjoo was confined in the ward number 5 of Sari Prison named the Counseling Ward to give consultation to the prisoners who could not afford to hold an advocate by preparing them bills to defend themselves which led to the freedom of some of them, but for unknown reason he was transferred to the ward number 2 of the prison during last weeks. 

This attorney, who suffers from asthma and helps prisoners, has made the officials of the prison worried this time by his philanthropic and legal behavior and this has led to his transfer to the addict’s camp. 

This attorney was said to have complications in his case by the prison’s authorities had answered that his complications were his big moustache and his beliefs in Dervishism and Sufism; that his complications were his virtue in his job advocacy, and that they had sent an advocate to jail for his advocacy of his clients.

It should be mentioned that the prosecuting attorney responsible for Daneshjoo’s case who comes be the name Jafari, was an important leading figure in ruining the Khanqah of dervishes in Qom City whom Daneshjoo had complained of to the judiciary.

Gonabadi Dervishes demand his health and put the blame of any harm to him on the officials and security forces there and also warn the officials against any forced action on their brother Mostafa Daneshjoo.
