Administrators and staffs of Nematollahi Gonabadi Order News Site ” Majzooban Noor ” , in anniversary Dervish Day,  held a ceremony  in section 350 of Evin prison  on wednesday ( February 22 ).

According to Majzooban reporter , In this ceremony,Mr. Hamid Reza Moradi administrator of website ,  explained  the dervish brotherhoods and the right path  for the audience and also Mr.Mostafa Daneshjou , the human rights activist and Gonabadi Dervishes’s lawyer  spoke about the pressures on the dervishes in the past years.

The ceremony continued with the poetry and playing music and ended  by ” Ey Iran” song .

On Esfand 03 , 1387 ( Feb 22 , 2009 ) Gonabadi  Dervishes , without coordination and  by spontaneous action , gathered in front of the Parliament to protest and taking their rights , because they had been under pressure  for years and third worship place ( Hosseiniyeh )  of them had been destroyed in Isfahan.
The protest movement of the Gonabadi Dervishes faced by the reaction  with military and security forces so that at about  850 Gonabadi Dervishes arrested and  were sent to detention centers in Tehran .
Since then ,  the third day of  Esfand month was named  as “Dervish Day “and Sufi  Dervishes in all over of the world have celebrated this day.
