Messrs . Ali Mortezaee and Yousef MohammadRezaee were released  from Evin prison a few hours ago.

According to Majzooban Noor reporter , Ali Mortezaee and Yousef MohammadRezaee , two Gonabadi dervishes who were arrested in Tehran on Dey 21 , 1390 ( Jun 11 , 2012 )  and were being held in Evin prison were released after 47 days in jail , a few hours ago.

According to this report ,  they refused to be free from prison after hearing to issue 100 and 30 million Tomans bail for them , and then they were released without paying those amount .

This proves that being “dervish”  is not a crime and all those who are in jail and detention becouse of their believes   are innocent .

It should be noted that , Mehdi  Osanloo another Gonabadi dervish  who has been arrested along with other staff and managers of Majzooban Noor website on Shahrivar 14 ( Sep 05 ), and then was released on Bail ,  was acquitted of all his charges last week .
