On Monday afternoon incarcerated blogger, Hossein Ronaghi Maleki was taken to hospital outside of prison in dire health.

Against recommendations by physicians for Ronaghi to go under another surgery, Ronaghi and his family decided against their recommendations citing denial of medical furlough after surgery.

Ronaghi and his family believe returning Hossein back to prison after surgery will not allow him proper recovery after such major surgery and it will only be useless like his previous surgeries.

Despite his dire health situation Ronaghi’s refusal to under go yet another surgery led the security agents to take him back to Evin after only a few hours in hospital.
