Case of Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyers and Majzooban Noor website’s stuffs and personnels  was transferred to Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court.

Their trial  will be held  by Judge Salavati on Ordibehesht 26 , 1391 (May 15 2012).
According to Majzooban reporter, the case of  dervishes  who are confined in Evin prison more than seven months have been transferred to Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court for Judge Salavati from Esfand of last year.
Since then, unfortunately Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyers have not been able to study the cases to defend their rights but based on the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, lawyers’s access to  the case before trial is the accused’s natural rights to prepare necessary documents  for the defense and the lawyers express too concerns over the  illegal hearing process for jailed Gonabadi dervishes .
It should be noted that, Messrs. Amir Eslami , Farshid Yadollahi , Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi ,  and Reza Entesari are lawyers and administrator of Majzooban Noor Website ( Nematollahi Gonabadi Order News Site ) who arrested during Kavar events on Shahrivar of last year and about Mr.Mostafa Daneshjou although he was held in Sari Prison that time but after the end of his sentence was transferred to Evin Prison on Aban of last year on the same charges.
It is reminded that their accusations are as follows :
*Insulting the Supreme Leader
*Disturbing The minds of the public
*Assembly and collusion against national security
*Spread false and lies
*Deviant group membership
Regarding this matter , Mr. Hamid Reza Moradi , one of the Majzooban Noor’s administrator , in addition of these false and baseless allegations , has also been accused of destroying  public property !
