Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan, was arrested this morning in Ordibehesht 09 1391 ( April 28 , 2012 ).

According to Majzooban reporter, Gonabadi dervish, Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan resident of Kavar town in Fars province was arrested by security forces and plain-clothes in his work place this morning.

The all recent arrests in Kavar county by plain-clothes and security forces has been with violence and abuse and after the arrest of dervishes and transfer to Shiraz Intelligence Detention or Security agents Detention

dervishes are under interrogated and inquisition and sometimes are severely beaten by investigators and security agents in Shiraz .

So families and lawyers of arrested dervishes have expressed concern about their health and maintenance status.

It is remarkable that seventeen Gonabadi dervishes from Kavar county Messrs.Kazem Dehghan, Hamid reza Arayesh, Mohammad Ali Dehghan, Amir Hamzeh Dehghan, Mohsen Esmaeeli, Abouzar Malek pour, Behyar Rajabi, Seyd Ebrahim Bahrami, Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan and Mohammad Ali Sadeghi were all charged with ” Moharebeh “( Enmity against God or Valiye Faghih ), corruption agents on earth and illegal carrying weapons.

And also, Messrs.Gholam Ali Bayrami, Omid Aliakbaritabaar, Mehrdad Keshavarz, Mohammad Arayesh, Abdolreza Arayesh, Manouchehr Zaare and Aman Cheraghi were charged with carrying of illegal weapons.

Our reporter added that Gonabbadi dervishes, Kazem Dehghan and Hamid Reza Arayesh after transfer to detention center in Shiraz severely have been beaten by security agents and now they are held without essential medical care in section 10 Adel Abad prison in Shiraz.
