Two Gonabadi dervishes, residing in Kavar town of Fars province, were temporarily released on bail of 300 million toman yesterday on Tir 22 , 1391 ( Jul 12 , 2012).
According to Majzooban reporter, Messrs.Kazem Dehghan and Hamid Arayesh, who had been accused of ” Moharebeh “( Enmity against God ), “corruption agents on earth” and “illegal carrying weapons” in Branch 101 of the Criminal Court presided by Judge Hemmati on Esfand 1390 ( March 2012 ), were released on bail of 150 million touman separately (together 300 million) from Adel Abad prison last night (dated 12 July 91).
It should be noted that, after four months that they were held in Shiraz Adel Abad prison, were charged in Kavar’s Revolutionary Court with no lawyer for the defense and then, were transferred to the intelligence office and were interrogated for several days under harsh conditions in solitary confinement.
