Four Gonabadi dervishes were summoned to Branch 110 of Shiraz’s public and Criminal court (Atlassi Branch) to investigate their charges.

According to Majzooban reporter, Mrs. Farzaneh Nouri and Messrs.Saleh Moradi Sarvestani, Behzad Nouri and Farzad Darvish were summoned to appear in Shiraz Investigative court.

The court hearing of these dervishes will be held on charge of spreading lies Tuesday morning on 9th Aban 1391 (Oct 30, 2012).

It is important to say that, the only one of their lawyers has been allowed to study the cases and even the date of hearing has not been notified to other defender lawyers and Mr. Saleh Moradi who is in detention for more than 14 months in Shiraz AdelAbad prison never has been allowed to meet with his lawyer up to now.

Their charges are such as ” Deviant group membership”, “Disturbing public order”, “Disturbing the public opinion” and an unfounded accusation:”To be mother of fugitive accused” !!! which is one of the charges for Mrs.Farzaneh Nouri (mother of Farhad nouri, manager of Majzooban Noor website).

It should be noted that, some times ago a bail order of 50 million Tomans was issued for Mr.Saleh Moradi but he said that he has not committed any crime and refused to pay the bail so that remained in captivity.
