Press News: Recently, series of new attack has been originated by oppressors and exclusivists inside the country on dervishes and the charges raised at this time is “trying to topple the regime!” This false and deceptive plan has been presented with variety of methods on all the sites with affiliation to the office of propaganda of the state.

As an example, on the site of “Neday Enghalab” (Voice of the Revolution), on Wednesday 7 November, issued an article with the heading of “dervishes, from Sufism to trying to overthrow the regime” with a style reminiscent of methods used to make and prepare cases against dervishes to be used in courts.

About this Indictment there are few noteworthy points:

Firstly, the case-makers have openly caused interference and hostility, calling it management of harsh problems and accusing anybody they wish, without any reason and logic, of spying. These people do not have any respect for “human dignity” and “the natural human rights”, which have been reminded and repeated many times in Quran. That is why, as genie is in fear of In The Name of God, these case-makers are afraid of any thing which is about “the values ​​of human rights and human dignity”. Because they see their own decline and fall in this.

Secondly, the “International Organisation to preserve human rights in Iran,” as has been indicated in their constitution, fights for the violated and disregarded rights of the free and oppressed people in Iran and all over the world, specially in defense of the rights of fellow countrymen, the tribes and believers of various faith who live in a common country, Iran. The International Association for protection of human rights in Iran is proud to join hands in collaboration with international independent organizations, such as “Amnesty International” and “Human Rights Watch” to expose “organized crime” in Iran and always seeks to highlight the reality of disrespecting human rights and the rights of the citizens in Iran, by presenting correct, precise and unaltered statistics, in order to make the whole world to be aware of this tragic disaster.

Thirdly, the “International Organisation to preserve human rights in Iran”, composed of members of different races with diverse beliefs. Majority of its members are in touch with international lawyers and knowledgeable people in law, who are not in the circle of the powerful oppressors in Iran, and in reality their activities is due to their love and commitment for the defense of human rights, without any affiliation to any special religion, faith or any special country. For example, “Amnesty International” has thousands of members all over the world, who are from different nationality with a common aim of defending “human dignity and rights”.

Fourthly, the activities of the “International Association for protection of human rights in Iran”, has no direct or indirect association with any ethnic or religious group in Iran. It is like free lawyers who defend them but they do not belong to them. They sit in an ambush and are busy to highlight the abuses against the rights of Iranian citizens and by providing accurate statistics, provide the news of the oppression and injustice to the public.

In the end, I would like to remind you of the spy organizations belonging to excessive oppressive movements in Iran, for the purpose of showing their false power and lying on having control on security, making fraudulent scenarios and based on that making cases against lawyers, dervishes or groups of different strata of society, and then by designing false allegations, sending them to the black medieval dungeons. Nevertheless, I would like to remind you again that all the articles that are in the site of “Neday Enghalab” (Voice of the Revolution), including “the news on the meeting of one of the members of Dervishes of Gonabadi sect in Paris” are fundamentally and absolutely lie and is a mere insult and is unlawful and base on this baseless lie, has no logic to make a case against the ideological prisoners such as lawyers and dervishes in the dark medieval dungeons.

The International Association for protection of human rights in Iran is proud that with determination and perseverance, has exposed and has brought to the attention of the world and the international human rights communities, the evil plan with treachery and spread of superstition of those who have the control of “the Iranian judiciary” and have jailed distinguished lawyers based on unclear and unknown reasons and have shut down the Lawyers Bar Association.
