This morning on 22th Aban 1391 ( Nov 12 2012), During a press conference Mr.Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei, Judiciary spokesman,in response to a question from reporters about the condition of Gonabadi dervishes and lawyers who were arrested fourteen months ago and no Court hearing has been held for them yet, said:

“We have not arrested anyone as Dervish.If a person is Bahaee,would not be arrested for being a Bahaee, may be a Dervish or Bahaee, is committed a crime and due to the crime, is arrested and I have no information about their court hearing.

While Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei, Judiciary spokesman claims that no one is in charge of the Friary and being Dervish in prison, one of the charges in the cases of Gonabadi dervishe’s lawyers and Majzooban Noor managers is “Acting against national security through membership to the ” anti-cult security Friary(being dervish)”!

And Friary, has been mentioned as “Anti-security cult and perverse”!

Also from the last year to present all dervishes who were arrested after Kavar events on Shahrivar 90 (Sept 2011), have been accused on charges of “membership to a deviant group.”
