Iran’s state-run television says a moderate 5.2-magnitude earthquake rattled a small town in the country’s northwest on April 18.

It says the quake shook the town of Tasooj, which is about 600 kilometers northwest of the capital, Tehran.

There were no immediate reports of any damage or casualties.

The U.S. Geological Survey put the magnitude of the quake at 4.8. It is the third quake in Iran in the past 10 days.

A 7.5-magnitude quake shook a sparsely populated area near the Pakistani border on April 16.

A week before that, a 6.1-magnitude quake struck another part of the south, killing 37 people and injuring hundreds.
